We designed and built a new ‘open canopy’ for outside lounging and dining with BBQ and Fire Pit. 

​

New terracing and hard landscaping with sunken terrace and feature lighting, including a 25m swimming pool with custom designed pool house.

 

A complete interior refurbishment designed by our in house design team, providing 5 new bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, a games room with bar, a dining room, library and kitchen and the installation of a private lift. New plumbing and electrics throughout completed the work to this substantial family home.
