Scope of Works:

Main Contractor and Detail Design

A complete refurbishment of a 4 storey property with considerable structural reconfiguration and landscaping to the rear and front. We designed and built a challenging interior with exacting details installing custom joinery, including a handmade kitchen, intricate marble work, bespoke designed glass and nickel shower enclosures and a hand finished wood flooring.

The cool gym in the lower ground floor with Tatami panelled flooring, custom made boxing bag and oak wall bars.
