Scope of works:

The full design and build of a large Victorian property in Fulham, adding a new structural glass conservatory to the rear , a walk on glass roof to the basement, creating access from east to west to  ground floor rooms to create better circulation and visual connection, re -locating and re -purposing many of the rooms to meet the requirements of a large and busy family.

 

Entirely new plumbing and electrical infrastructure with custom joinery and kitchen, with well sourced robust materials , providing and a fresh vibe while offering good maintenance and longevity with a high spec AV and  security infrastructure, all designed and managed by Rainsford using our expect consultants and suppliers. Final interior finishes and soft furnishings by Annabelle Holland Interiors.
