Scope of works: 

​

A complete strip out back to structure of a large Victorian Grade 2 Listed property in Maida Vale, adding a new floor with dorma roof, new folding sliding doors to the rear and digging out and lowering the lower ground floor with structural under pinning.

​

We carried out a total refurbishment throughout including a new heating system, air conditioning system, new plumbing and electrical infrastructure throughout, with custom joinery and a custom designed and made kitchen.

​

Rainsford carried out the complete architectural and interior design, getting the project successfully through planning, as well as carrying out the construction and project management to its completion on a tight 6 month program.

This is a very good example of the seamless and efficient results of Design & Build!
