Scope of works: 

 

A complete strip out and refurbishment of a 3 storey Dockland tall house. These are very similar to their Dutch counter parts in Amsterdam - high, narrow and deep, so need a lot of planning around logistics and access.

 

Working with renowned architects IO Design Studio who were responsible for the unique interior design and planning, we created an open plan environment populated with custom joinery and fine paired back finishes.

For such a clean and simple design, the detailing and material junctions were key to get right.

 

The interior was supported by a state of the art ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) system with Rako controlled electronics providing a seamless interface to a hand held device for maximum flexibility and control of the interior environment.

 

A wooden chevron floor and bespoke oak wood staircase across all floors with its unusual stair balustrade added to the light, airy and quirky feel of this property following it's transformation.
