Rupert Rainsford Mann is founder and Managing Director of Rainsford Limited. As an interior architect, Rupert has worked at leading architectural firms such as Fox Linton Associates and Red Square Creative Consultants and has been providing design and build services to the residential and commercial markets for over 20 years.

Core Team

Rainsford’s design team provide a diverse array of design skills from 2D CAD to full 3D animations and walkthroughs. Exterior architecture and interior design is backed up with strong technical design knowledge.

Our core building team of skilled tradesmen and craftsmen have many years of experience of working to the highest standards. Our in house team consists of electricians, plumbers and heating engineers, joiners, carpenters, tilers and brick layers and all our properties are finished to the highest standard by our own team of plasterers and decorators.

Our team at management level consists of experienced site managers and project managers, ensuring all our projects are extremely well looked after throughout the construction process and all on site regulations are adhered to. With a pedigree that is second to none, our team at management level have spent many years at leading London firms.

3rd Party Consultants

Rainsford has gathered together an excellent group of 3rd party consultants that we have used over the years, that provide support throughout a project for matters such as Party Wall Awards, Building Control, Audio Visual Design, Structural Design, Acoustic Design and Specialist Insurance.

We also have exceptional suppliers and installers who can provide custom marble work, bespoke metal and glass work and wood and stone flooring specialists, to ensure we are able to provide the highest standard for the most complex and discerning design scheme.
