For the full design and build service we like to work in a totally transparent way, so we divide the contract into 2 parts, separating out the design from the build contract, so it is clear how the project’s costs are being allocated. We offer a 2-hour initial FREE consultation, so our clients are able to ascertain for themselves the appropriateness of using Rainsford.

We specialise in the design and construction of unique new build properties and interior refurbishments. We provide a custom furniture design and manufacture service from our own factory, ensuring quality and cost effective solutions are provided for all our projects joinery requirements, whether built-in or freestanding.

Following subsequent confirmation of an appointment and agreement of fees for the design process, each project, whatever its size, is structured using our exclusive tried and tested 10 stage plan.
